2025 Participant Waiver

Waiver and Release of Liability

I voluntarily agree to participate in the A4A event on March 6-7, 2025. In consideration of my participation, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk:

   I understand that participating in the event may involve inherent risks, including, but not limited to, physical injury, illness, or property damage. I voluntarily assume all such risks, whether known or unknown, associated with my participation.

   
   

2. Release of Liability:

   I hereby release, waive, and discharge Optisense, Inc., dba SkyFi, its officers, employees, agents, volunteers, and affiliates, as well as the owners and operators of the venue (collectively, "Released Parties") from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from my participation in the event, except where caused by the gross negligence or willful misconduct of the Released Parties.

   
   

3. Indemnification:

   I agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising out of my actions, negligence, or willful misconduct during the event.

   
   

4. Medical Treatment:

   I authorize the event organizers to seek medical treatment on my behalf in the event of an emergency and agree to assume all related costs.

   
   

5. Photography/Media Release:

   I grant permission to the event organizers to capture and use photographs, videos, or other media of me for promotional purposes without compensation.

By accepting the right to participate in the event, I confirm that I have read and fully understand this waiver. I agree to be bound by its terms and represent that I am at least 18 years of age or have a legal guardian co-signing on my behalf.
